This year we have help coordinating our travel! We have employed
Creative Travel Group to be the liason for our teams... they have
contracted with area hotels to negotiate discounted rates and handle
any housing concerns that you might have. You can even register
and get room confirmations online.... if you're not comfortable with
that, just call them up on the phone and do it the traditional
way. They know our event and what is going on, and will be there
to answer any travel questions you have. They can also help
arrange air travel and rental cars, and they are a full-fledged travel
agency.
