How to enter....
1) Roster Submission
Click
here to register on Direct Athletics. Individual athletes must also
enter on Direct Athletics. All athletes must be entered,
including JV athletes, or the athlete
will not have a race number and will not be
able to run.
2) Mail in the Entry Form &
Fee
Print out and send in the entry form for your
division (click the appropriate link below), please include entry fee
with entry form.
High School
Middle
School
College/University
Individuals
Entry Fee
High School Teams:
$40/Varsity, $80 for boys & girls, JV free with varsity entry.
7 varsity athletes may run, unlimited JV athletes.
Middle School Teams:
$40/Gender, $80 for boys & girls, Unlimited entries.
College/University Teams:
$50 per team, $100 for men and women. Unattached redshirts
$10/athlete.
Unattached Individual
Athletes: $10/athlete
NO REFUNDS! Should an
unfortunate
event beyond our control come up (such as a hurriacne) that prevents
the
race from happening, we will not be able to recover our costs or
reschedule.
Because of this we can not offer any refunds for meet entry fees.
Likewise, if your team pays the entry fee and has to back out at the
last
minute, we have reserved that spot for your team (which may have
otherwise
been filled), and will not be able to offer a refund.
Deadlines
and Limitations
All payment, entries, and rosters must be received by September 24, 2005.
There is a good chance that at least some of the races may fill
up. First come, first serve, so get in quick to secure your
team's spot!
