Ryan Sheehan (leading) set the pace for four miles in the 10K. Sheehan won the 3200
in 2001 at States in 9:16.56 running for Baldwin.


Aaron Rich (right), running his final season of eligibility for Shippensburg, missed
the NCAA Division II Provisional Qualifying time of 31:20.00 in the 10K by less than two
seconds , going 31:21.88, finishing 2nd overall.Aaron is the son of publisher Don Rich, and competed for Haverford HS. In front of Aaron early in the race is Justin Gindlesperger, who finished his final season of eligibility in the 2002 XC season. Gindlesperger ran in high school for Conemaugh Township. Gindlesperger
finished 5th in 31:47.69.


Mark Stallings (left) would finish 3rd in the 5K in 14:28.52, with Sean Duffy (right) finishing 2nd in 14:20.52. Duffy holds the 1600 indoor state championship meet record of 4:13.98 which he ran 3/3/01. In high school, Duffy ran for Cardinal O'Hara, Stallings for Great Valley. Duffy will compete in the NCAA Division I regional in the 1500. He has gone 3:44.
