It was a cold, damp day, but that didn't prevent some outstanding efforts both on the track in in the field. Wyomissing and Quakertown boys each took four relays, highlighted by Quakertown's 3:37.7 Sprint Medly.
On the girls' side, Wyomissing posted a strong DMR win in 12:36.1, while Gwynedd-Mercy ran well in the 4x800 in 9:35.7 (Wyomissing 2nd 9:39.8). Pennsbury captured four relays. In the field relays, there were some strong efforts. Wyomissing's Jon Hart threw the Disc 171'11", while teammate Travis Quillman high jumped 6'6" and Eric Crush, Owen J. Roberts, threw the Javelin 173'6". In addition, Methacton's Blake Taylor triple jumped 45'6.5" and high jumped 6'4". For the girls, Kourtney Marquis, Pennsbury had the best Pole Vault of 10'6" and Brittany Cooper of Plymouth-Whitemarsh long jumped 15'7".
