Upper Dublin coach Paul Vandegrift, and Northeast 6th place Freshman Lauren Bowles, who went 20:19 on the tough Van Cortlandt course, the 9th fastest frosh time of the day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Erin Franklin finished an amazing senior XC season with a 12th place showing in the Northeast Regionals. She has signed with Wake Forest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Those western PA teams even travel together. North Allegheny coach Liz Bollens and Baldwin coach Rich Wright, bookend their athletes the day before the regionals.
