Wyoming Valley Coaches Association Championships @ Luzerne County Sports Complex in Forty Fort

Bishop Hoban freshman Jessica Jones showed the field a nationally elite time with a 19:02, fifteen seconds over Tunkhannock's Kim Murley. Jones' team took the AA title, while Murley's team went 2-4-5-13-17 for just 41 points and the AAA team win. On the boys side, Wyoming Area soph Marcus Magyar went 16:23 for a seven second win over Hazleton's Greg Rarick. Hazleton took the AAA team championship, while Lake-Lehman took the AA.
