Joanna Marlow, New Hope-Solebury captured the individual title by two seconds (19:54) over Lynn Morelli of St. Basil, but Merion Mercy took the team championship with 56 points. Mt. St. Joseph was second with 71, and Gwynedd-Mercy third with 77. Holy Ghost Prep went 1-2-3-4-10 for just 20 points, led by a meet record 16:55 by Chris Wojciechowski. The next three HGP runners were in within 31 seconds. Bill Ference, 17:03, also broke the meet record, while Rob Burns, with his 17:15, tied it.
